We are looking for a solid Dealer Principal OR a Senior Used Car Sales Manager, who has a sound understanding of workshop operations. This position involves overseeing a Sales Manager and a Sales Team for high-value used vehicles and overseeing the recon workshop which includes a small panel shop. You will be spearheading further growth in the dealership, so you will need to be a strategic thinker, have a strong business acumen, and have a head for financials. Franchised motor dealership experience is required.

**Job Requirements**
Must be an experienced DP or Senior Used Car Sales Manager (RECENT Experience)

Must have sound understanding of workshop operations

A strategic thinker with a good head for financials
