This is a College Council position.
Salary Level 5 (R202 233 per annum)

**RECOMMENDATIONS**:
- Post-matric qualifications in office management/ office assistant/ management assistant
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Experience working in the Educator Sector/ examination related field.
- Driver's license
- Attention to detail with strong administration skills.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12/NCV Level 4/Equivalent
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- 1-2 years administration experience
- Exposure to management information system
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Student administration relating to NCV, NATED & Occupational courses and examinations.
- Student registration, Data and absenteeism capturing, filing.
- Student queries.
- Card payments
- Procurement
- Assist with facilities management.
