A retail property group in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town is looking for an intern in the company’s accounting department. This is an internship program for 1 year and the company is looking for a qualified unemployed graduate to fill the roll.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Tenant billing

Collection of debtors

Payment requisitions

Supplier reconciliations

Balance sheet reconciliations

Monthly cash flow preparation

Month-end reporting

VAT reconciliations

**QUALIFICATION**:
Relevant Tertiary Degree: BAcc / BCom or similar

**SKILLS AND TRAITS REQUIREMENT**:
Microsoft office

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Analytical

Accuracy with strong attention to detail

Deadline driven

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
