**HSEQR COORDINATOR**

IMCD South Africa is looking for a HSEQR Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with statutory HSEQR requirements, both nationally and internationally. This person will also implement and maintain ISO procedures, ensuring continuous certification.

**Person Profile: Targeted Skills & Capabilities**

You will have good communication skills, attention to detail, strong background knowledge of Safety Data Sheets, excellent administration and computer skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**The position is responsible for**:
**Health and Safety**:

- Provide annual HSEQ Induction training
- Update and distribute monthlyHSEQ newsletters
- Coordinate monthly health& safety checklists
- Conduct quarterly MSDS reviews SA, UG and KE
- Recreation of SDS revisions SA, UG and KE
- Coordinate annual PPE Ordering

**ISO**
- Conduct daily NCR review
- Form part of internal audit team
- Partake in annual ISO management review

**Risk**
- Create SA, UG and KE product codes
- Conduct annual mock recall
- Conduct annual risk assessment
- Coordinate item codes changes into the internal ERP system SA, UG and KE
- Coordinate the HSEQR requirements for exports of international and local products to the end user
- Arrange the issue of regulatory certificates for exports.
- Manage sanctions and warranty declaration
- Distribute global sanctions list monthly
- Conduct sanctions screening
- Item branch plants quarterly reviews SA, UG and KE

**Backup & Support**
- Provide HSEQR Back up as well as projects that HSEQR are engaged in.

**Expected Qualification/Education**:
Tertiary Qualification in Health and Safety.

**Work Experience**:
2-3 years in operations administration within the chemical sector
