Automotive Service Advisor position available in the Midrand/Fourways area

Duties
- Filling
- Preparing quotations
- Invoicing
- Debt collections
- Warranty claims
- Ordering of parts
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Perform adhoc requests as and when needed
- Social media marketing and monitoring
- Driving

Education and Experience
- Matric or equivalent
- 5 years Motor Industry workshop experience a must
- Must have sales experience
- Previous office experience is a must
- Good telephone etiquette
- Competent computer skills including MS Office
- Numeracy and literacy skills
