Very Well established 5 Star, Fine Dining Property is looking for a dedicated, creative Chef de Partie to join their team.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in an upmarket kitchen
- Culinary Qualification desired
- In-depth knowledge of health & safety
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good all round kitchen experience e.g. hot & cold sections
- Own transport or live in Somerset West or Strand area
