**Responsibilities**:
Engage with customers and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our retail store
Promote our brand and create brand awareness through effective communication and product knowledge
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
Maintain a neat and organised store appearance
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and upselling products to customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for brand promotion and customer engagement
Required
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of energy and enthusiasm
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willing to travel
Willing to relocate
