**Qualification and Experience**:
Minimum qualification of Grade 12 and willing to study further as the position may require

Minimum of 1 years within a warehouse / logistics environment

**Skills and Competencies**:
Customer service orientated, must be able to handle a demanding customer environment

Good verbal and written English communication skills

Work accurately, metoculously and high attention to detail

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office with at least intermediate Excel skills.

Confident communicator capable of dealing with staff at all levels.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing large and various volumes.

Ability to work in a paperless environment

Ability to multitask and prioritise

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Willing and able to work additional hours when necessary

Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment.
