IT Technician

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team in East London

The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hotel's computer systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring all hardware and software are functioning optimally.

Key duties include setting up and maintaining equipment, performing repairs, ordering parts, and providing desktop support. The role requires a broad understanding of hardware, software, and network systems, along with excellent communication skills to interact with clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring helpdesk tickets, conducting preventive maintenance, documenting actions in the Spiceworks system, and providing support for in-room entertainment, key card systems, and guest Wi-Fi connectivity.

**Experience**:

- 1+ years IT experience
- 2+ years Hospitality IT experience

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 (Metric)
- N+ and A+ Certificates
