Our client in the manufacturing industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Design Draughtsman r at their organization

Location: Midvaal, Gauteng

**Requirements**:

- Draughtsman qualification
- 7-15 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry is required
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans(non-negotiable)
- Software: Microsoft Office (proficient)(excel, word, outlook), Nesting Software (any but not critical), any 3D design package (AutoCAD and Inventor preferred), FEA software (advantageous).

**Responsibilities**:

- Product development and design.
- Take on complete projects from start to finish including special projects.
- Load distributions and general arrangement drawings.
- Assist in implementing drawing standards/processes/documentation etc.
- Maintain products/databases/standards/administration etc.
- Assist production and repair departments as needed.
- Create nestings for plasma from time to time.
- Assist with day-to-day requirements.
- Data capturing and filing.
- Bills of materials.
- Maintain good interdepartmental communications and relations.
- Other responsibilities may be added.
