**Warehouse Management**

**Outbound**

Cross checking workbench requests, data consolidating and dispatching of stock according to the delivery planning.

Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding the outbound stock/items needed from the warehouse, and arranging collection.

Packing and dispatching POSM and gifting stock for nationwide regions.

Liaising with the courier companies for collection and delivery of POSMs and gifting for other regions.

Liaising with external stakeholders regarding stock delivery.

**Inbound**

Receiving imported and local stock according to the supplier schedule.

Checking workbench for inbound requests and arranging with the internal teams for returns.

Conducting monthly stock taking.

Providing feedback to the management team regarding the non-returned items from employees.

Issuing stock-on-hand report to management bi-monthly.

Updating the stock list with item picture and sharing with relevant parties.

Advising sales and field team of slow-moving stock.

**External Incentive**

Executing and providing feedback policies and procedures from the Incentive party to our sales team upon approval from GM.

Verifying payments from Incentive company and submitting for payments monthly.

Updating the approved SPIV to relevant stakeholders

Submitting the updated IMEI list to relevant stakeholders.

Resolving disputes between Channel Sales consultants and Field Marketing team regarding Incentive.

Adhoc duties.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodlands, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
