Outbound Telesales Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturer of footwear is seeking a **Telesales Representative** within their sales team based in Cape Town. The incumbent will form part of the sales team and reports into the Group Sales structure.

**Duties include the following, but not limited to**:
- Meet monthly KPI’s with regards to calling existing customers and successfully sell from the buffer programme availability
- Make follow up calls to existing customers to confirm receipt of orders, overcome potential objections, and possibly re-sell from the buffer availability.
- Ensure that the CRM is updated with good quality notes following customer communications.
- Customer service - build effective relationships with existing customers, strong communication in a professional manner.
- Teamwork - provide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures and scripting, work effectively with other departments to maintain excellent standards of service.
- Knowledge - maintain an excellent level of understanding and knowledge of the brand offering and take responsibility for own personal development.
- **Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- **A minimum of 5 years’ outbound telephone sales experience of tangible products**:
- Computer literate in MS Office - advanced
- Start date immediately.
- Attention to detail, monitoring and time management and relationship management skills are imperative.
- Strong negotiation skills.
**Salary**: R12 000 CTC p/m
**Salary**: R12 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Outbound Telephone Sales: 5 years (required)
- selling tangible products in the fashion industry: 5 years (required)
