This AWARD-WINNIING 180 seater seafood restaurant and grillhouse on the V&A Waterfront offers an extensive selection of fish and seafood grills with large platters of crayfish, prawns, fresh oyters and mussels as well as meat dishes and grills to satisfy a wider palate.

We are in search of a SENIOR KITCHEN LOGISTICS Manager to oversee all aspects of incoming produce, par level stocks, storage and issuing of stock, wastage control, food production & prep, quality hygiene and sanitation practices, best procurement practices and staff management.

**_ REQUIREMENTS:_**

Strong kitchen management practices with at least 5 years experience

Previous work expereince within a high-volume environment

Excellent attention to detail and planning abilities

Qualifications to support your experience

Highly organised person, able to manage and guide others

Excellent mathematical and computing skills with special focus on stock control systems
