Lodge Anchor

Lodge Anchor with main responsibilities being Housekeeping.

Primary Duties:
Housekeeping
- Stock take and controls of Laundry and housekeeping Operating Equipment
- Linen stock takes and controls
- Quality control of all linen
- Receiving orders
- Storeroom cleanliness
- Issuing stock
- Public areas
- Room maintenance and checks
- Budget management and controls
- Maintaining accurate par levels
- Housekeeping and Laundry training where required

Guest Relations
- Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service
- Courtesy calls daily
- Assisting with Check ins and check out
- Assisting with Early departures and late arrivals

Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are on off days or annual leave)
- Front Office Day sheets, gate access manifest, guest’s info., guest invoicing
- Waiters, Venues and service

**Package**

Salary DOE (R8000 to R12000)

Accommodation (own bathroom)

Provident fund contribution 50%

Preference will be given to applicants that can attend a 2 day interview at the lodge after successfully completing an online interview.
