**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy**: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. This involves identifying target markets, analyzing customer needs, and creating sales plans to effectively promote and sell the company's services.
**Lead Generation**: Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research Building a pipeline of potential customers is essential for achieving sales targets.
**Relationship Building**: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand their requirements, address concerns, and position the company's services as valuable solutions.
**Sales Presentations and Proposals**: Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company's services. Tailoring proposals to meet client needs and addressing objections are key aspects of the role.
**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Forecasting sales targets and tracking progress against them. Providing regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections helps in decision-making and resource allocation.
**Customer Relationship Management** (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions and deals. This helps in organizing and prioritizing sales efforts and ensuring effective follow-up.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Sales executives often act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure that client expectations are met.
**Market Intelligence**: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. This helps in identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and positioning the company's services effectively.
**Continuous Learning and Development**: Keeping up with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product/service updates. Participating in training programs, workshops, and industry events helps sales executives enhance their skills and stay competitive.
**Achieving Sales Targets**: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. This requires effective time management, prioritization, and a proactive approach to sales activities.
**Skills and experience required**:
- A qualification in hospitality would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in teambuilding, events, or related industries.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- A natural flair for persuasion and negotiation, coupled with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey our unique value proposition effectively.
- Knowledge of teambuilding concepts and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting the benefits of team collaboration.
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline and close deals.
- Own car is essential.
