**Requirements**:

- Applicable tertiary qualification in Hospitality would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in the same or similar position
- Proficiency in MS office
- OPERA knowledge advantageous
- Own transportation is advantageous

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ordering of Housekeeping Department stock
- Willing to work public holidays and weekends
- Manage the Housekeeping department efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures and as per Marriott Standard
- Investigate complaints about services and equipment, and take corrective action
- Inspect and evaluate the physical conditions of facilities to determine the type of work to be done
- Responsible for the overall property cleanliness of rooms and public areas
- Ensure all rooms/units are serviced timeously
- Conduct mid-month and month end stock takes
- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Scheduling of Housekeeping Staff
