SERVICE ENGINEER POSITION AVAILABLE AT OUR CAPE TOWN BRANCH

- Service Engineer working on the CNC Press Brake and Punch product range.

**Duties**:

- Conduct maintenance and repairs on CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout JHB, DBN, CPT and PE.
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal equipment performance.
- Train customers to operate machines to ensure maximum productivity.
- Act as a Retecon ambassador promoting our products and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.
- Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions.

**Requirements**:

- Machine Tool Millwright Technician preferred for this position
- Focused on customer service and quality
- Technologically savvy and have some electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
- Flexible to enjoy frequent travel assignments
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience (electrical and mechanical)
- Experienced in software and file management
