**Area of **Specialization**: To provide effective and efficient revenue management service with regards to the billing of customers, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, and provide a revenue management support function to customer services management.

**Minimum Requirements**

Qualification(s):
National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business/Commerce/Management/ Information Management/Business/Science/ Engineering at NQF6 with 240 credits

**Experience**:
2 yrs Retail or Revenue Management or Finance or Information

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform internal control, administration and take corrective action.
- Analyse, investigate and action billing exception operational reports.
- Prepare online billing of electricity accounts.
- Provide customer service and process partnering.
- Produce management reports and review control reports.
