**Description**

The Junior ESG Analyst will support the ESG team in researching, analyzing, and reporting on ESG-related issues that affect the company and its clients. The role involves helping to integrate ESG considerations into investment and business decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with relevant ESG regulations, and contributing to the company’s sustainability goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the fintech sector.
- Analyze ESG data and assess the impact of ESG factors on investment opportunities and business operations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining ESG scorecards and performance metrics.
- Data Collection and Management:

- Gather and manage ESG data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Support the development and maintenance of ESG databases and reporting systems.
- Assist in preparing ESG reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- ESG Reporting and Disclosure:

- Help prepare ESG disclosures in accordance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports and other communication materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Assist in coordinating ESG-related initiatives and projects with various departments and stakeholders.
- Support engagement with clients, investors, and other stakeholders on ESG matters.
- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Monitor compliance with ESG regulations and standards, ensuring the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating ESG risks in the company’s operations and investment activities.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ESG-specific certifications (e.g., CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing) are a plus.
- No experience required.
- Familiarity with ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting tools is an advantage.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ESG data platforms and tools (e.g., Bloomberg ESG, MSCI, Sustainalytics) is desirable.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact
