Senior manager LCS / Regional Contractcs Manager

**Job Summary**

The Senior Manager LCS, is responsible for the execution and performance of the Market Area LCS Project Management team in the assigned region including all LCS and MOI contracts.

Extensive coordination is required for the development of commercial capabilities and maximizing the service opportunities. They will lead the function’s development and implementation of contractual obligations; policies, procedures, and compliance activities to ensure that all contractual
- and organizational objectives are met.

This individual is expected to contribute to the strategic planning and decision making to develop and implement service strategies that are aligned with business objectives.

The Senior Manager must be a proven leader and communicator capable of networking and aligning resources in a common goal of maximizing the opportunities, execution of contractual obligations and the organizational reputation.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- The Senior Manager LCS SAF East is responsible for the performance KPIs related to operational aspects of Life cycle service / owned inventory contracts including financials, deliveries, inventory replenishment, contact renewals, etc.
- Implement the market area service strategy and ambitiously grow and develop the Services business
- Drive and improve customer satisfaction in collaboration with other represented Business Units and functions
- Track the contract renewal dates and ensure the contract clauses are implemented in all renewed contracts.
- Provide direction and leadership to site managers, contributing to the growth and development of teams and individuals
- Assist Market Area Sales team on Sales Calls/Visits.
- Responsible for the safe and profitable execution of LCS contracts.
- Successful management of parts (spares and wears) deliveries into the market area with regard to Life Cycle contracts.
- Inventory management activities related to the overall operation of consignment inventory contract, stock count, selling of aging / obsolete material, on time parts consumption reporting and invoicing, price escalation and other contract clauses.
- Work closely and coordinate with Customer Logistics global and market area team for all supply chain and logistic related activities.
- Perform technical and commercial review of proposals, projects, and reports.
- Perform one-on-one evaluations with employees, set measurable goals, and mentor the employees to help them attain goals.
- Manage employee development to ensure key position successors are in place; prepare, execute, and follow up on employee development action plans, including personnel reviews.
- Recognize training needs for the Project Management team and seek out development training programs and coordinate delivery of training.
- Work to ensure company intellectual property is protected and controlled.
- Develop and implement standard policies and procedures within the Project Management team.
- Establish a safe working environment for all employees. Maintain and foster a working culture that is safety oriented and participates in health and safety related goals and initiatives.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Education/Training:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

**Experience**:

- At least ten (10) years applicable industry and product experience
- A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to understand and implement business line strategy including pricing, margin levels, profitability, and utilization
- Strong sense of business ownership demonstrated through effective communication and leadership
- Must have good knowledge of the broad range of equipment such as crushers, grinding mills, pyro equipment, bulk handling equipment, screens, process equipment, pumps, filters, flotation equipment, thickeners, couriers, automation, etc.
- Solid knowledge base in services and aftermarket business, the mining and construction industry and its customers
- Must be able to read and understand basic prints/drawings to ensure accuracy of work performed
- Strong decision-making ability while negotiating commercial and technical items with customers and suppliers, both to win new work and to resolve disagreements.
- High sense of urgency and the ability to develop action plans and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service / customer satisfaction capabilities
