**General Lodge Assistant**

Natural Heritage Site - Luxury 5* Lodge, Guesthouse and Farmhouses situated on a 5000 Acre Game Reserve - KZN

Our client is looking for a General Assistant whose duties will include, but not be limited to

assisting in housekeeping, kitchen, front of house and reservations, as well as hosting of guests,

and he/she will be required to relieve in all positions when staff are on leave.

The ability to speak Zulu would be an advantage.

5* Lodge experience or Boutique Hotel experience is required.

Staff often dine with guests so it is essential for staff to be presentable, well spoken and confident.

The position is live in.

Accommodation is a serviced en suite room.

All laundry and meals are included.

Own transport

We work on a system of 7 days leave per month and 3 weeks long leave after 1 year’s service.

The position is available immediately.

**Salary from R8000 plus board and lodging.**

This is negotiable dependent on experience.

- 5* Lodge: 2 years (preferred)
- 5* Lodge Front Office: 2 years (preferred)
- 5* Lodge Food & Beverage: 2 years (preferred)
- Lodge Computer system: 2 years (preferred)
- Strong Guest Relations: 2 years (preferred)
- Excellent communication: 2 years (preferred)
