REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Culinary Arts
2 year’s experience in fine dining restaurant or similar establishment
Neatly groomed presentation and workplace organisation
Fluent English language skills

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
All round section competence prepping, cooking and presenting dishes
Managing waste and food hygiene standards.
Assist Head Chef with dish development.
Communicate with staff and guests in open kitchen areas with ease and confidence.
Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

Transport : Own reliable transport

Start Date: Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, 1 yr contract is offered with the option of a permanent after review

Education: Culinary Diploma (required)
Expected Start Date: Immediate

Pay: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Grill Chef: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
