Injection and Blow Moulding Technician

An **Injection/Blow Moulding** Company based in Booysens, Johannesburg, wishes to employ an Injection Moulding Technician. The company specialises in the manufacture (Injection and Blow Moulding) of Plastic Household Products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be Familiar with all Technical functions of Injection, Extrusion and Blow Moulding Machines, including Lathe and Milling Machines.
- Effective and Timeous technical (Electrical and Mechanical) problem solving and trouble shooting as required during production.
- Should be Proficient in all Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic technical areas.
- Ensure effective functioning of Machines in terms of productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Effective Management of Operators, Technicians and Setters.
- Record Keeping of all functions within the factory.
- Min 10 years experience in injection Moulding Environment.
- Min 5 Year management Experience.
- Servo Machines and Thin wall product manufacturing an advantage.
- Ability to work long hours, independently and under pressure.
- Own Transport.

**Salary**: R18,500.00 - R22,500.00 per month
