**Internal Sales Person** to join our client's dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling a range of solar products to a diverse customer base. You will play a crucial role in educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the selection process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information, technical specifications, and pricing details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to secure sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our solar products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and competitive products to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of solar products, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach to generating sales leads.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software for managing customer interactions and sales pipeline.
