Operations Head.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individual to manage and oversee a group of financial advisers and run a corporate office,
- Must be able to supervise and manage new financial advisers.
- Must encourage development of personnel’s professional skills and capacities.
- Must be able to setup and manage staff on various levels of brokerage.
- Must be well spoken and have professional appearance.
- Must know Liberty systems e.g. Salesforce, Blueprintonline, Advice+.
- RE5 and a full industry related qualification is required.
- Liberty experience is preferred

- Liberty experience is preferred
- Must know Liberty systems e.g. Salesforce, Blueprintonline, Advice+. (preferred)
- Valid license and own reliable vehicle.

Job description.
- Supervision and management of new financial advisers.
- Development of personnel.
- Involvement in day to day management of office, financial advisers, admin personnel and maintenance and sanitation personnel.
- Setup of weekly meetings, sales meetings, one on one meetings, training etc.
- Assist CEO with operational responsibilities.
- Implementing of group strategies.
- Driving of personnel to meet targets.
- Recruitment.

**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month
