Electroplating Supervisor

ELECTROPLATING SUPERVISOR

Metal cleaning and coating company in Montague Gardens looking for electroplaters and a Supervisor. Previous experience is necessary.

Tasks and duties an electroplater needs to perform during a typical day at work:
Electroplaters usually begin their tasks by reviewing work orders and noting specifications about the plating.
- Prepare electroplating equipment for use
- Operate plating equipment
- Maintain and repair electroplating equipment
- Select metals and solutions for the plating line
- Keep records of electroplating orders
- Maintain metal and solution inventories
- Teach new staff how to use equipment
- Provide quotation to clients
- Assess plating size, quantities and create jigs
- Quality control
- Perform any additional duties assigned

**Salary**: From R2,000.00 per week
