_We are looking for a Junior Floor Manager to join our restaurant team at Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia._

**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THEIR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT.**

Applicants must be:

- a people person (Great customer service skills)
- detail orientated
- able to work well under pressure
- reliable
- eager to learn new things
- be hands on
- familiar with POS systems

The duties are (but not limited to):

- Wine knowledge (NB)
- Liaising and engaging with guests
- Explaining the menu/ food
- Supporting waiters
- Maintaining restaurant standards

**Previous work in junior/pass manager/ head waiter experience is essential.**
