**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum skills and experience**:

- Proven experience in Cash & Carry, Wholesale, or related retail management
- Background in both buying and sales with a track record of success
- Intermediate level proficiency in IT software for order management and reporting
- Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
- Must be self-starting with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Proven experience in managing call cycles
- Mature and proactive approach to grow sales in the region
- Ability to identify and address challenges, providing solutions to meet client needs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel extensively

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting door-to-door sales to independent wholesalers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Selling and managing baskets of groceries to meet sales targets
- Following up with Distribution Centers (DCs) to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Ensure orders to stores arrive timeously to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Key account management to foster strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
