**Introduction**
Consulting Firm offering Labour Law support to clients in Gauteng and Western Cape is seeking driven and motivated, Labour Consultants. Reporting structure directly to the Head of Department and CEO, with an opportunity to grow and become senior management of the Business.
**Job Purpose**
The purpose is to create and drive the Labour Services to Clients with in the South African borders in terms of Employee Relations / Industrial Relations and other Company services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understanding and advising clients on all laws pertaining to Employee / Employer relationship;
- Producing and supplying corrective Contracts to Clients with Company specifications;
- Providing legal and HR services with knowledge in all aspects of law, legal and HR requirements to the best interest of clients;
- Supporting clients with Legal duties / requirements such as investigations, consultations, grievance management, or mediations;
- Initiating and / or chairing of hearings for clients as per requirement. Alignment with Company partners for corrective and procedural corrective measures is crucial;
- Drafting and supplying of outcomes / opinions, etc. to clients within 3-days after consultations / hearings, etc.
- Promoting of Company Services through client interactions;
- Meeting of deadlines in terms of compliance factors, areas of legislative requirements, etc;
- Promote and ensure client compliance to regulations and laws;
- Conduct research and development of policies that is customized for client culture and needs;
- Attracting clients to the Company for growth;
- Customer retention;
- Posting of completed hours and work - daily; and
- Client site visits where needed for consultation work;

- Excellent writing skills (legal language)
- Adaptability and flexibility with day-to-day tasks
- Quick thinker with ability to advice on legal and HR matters
- Confident and ability to work under pressure
- Managing and altering of diary as per requirement and prioritization
- Computer literacy in drafting of documentation and utilizing of share drive
**Qualification & experience**:
- **Degree, Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Labour Law
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Labour Law / IR field
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Presentable with own vehicle & license (must be willing to travel)
**Specific knowledge & attributes**
- Excellent knowledge on all Laws and especially LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, Employment Law, Main Agreements and Collective Bargaining
- Communication and analytical skills
- Driven and motivated with passion for field
- Ability to work independently
Quarterly Performance Bonus payments and travel reimbursements
Pay: R12 000,00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Labour and HR: 4 years (preferred)
- CCMA and Bargaining council: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Fluent Afikaans and English (required)
