Seeking to hire a **young **individual to assist our butchers with day to day tasks. **Previous experience required** in the industry.

Tasks include, but aren't limited to:

- Prepare cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, poultry & lamb
- Prepare and place meat cuts and products
- Wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine
- Assist in unpacking display at end of business day

**Position available immediately. Must have reliable transport.**

**Work day: 9am - 6pm**

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
