Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor

**The Faircape Group** operates 6 high end retirement/lifestyle villages in the Western Cape.
We are seeking an **Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor **at **Noordhoek Manor **to carry out various cleaning duties and to ensure our facilities are in an orderly condition.

Job duties include, but is not limited to the following:*
- Healthcare and Body Corporate - General cleaning of all areas within the Healthcare and within the Body Corporate/Clubhouse including but not limited to dusting, sweeping vacuuming, mopping
- Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects upon request
- Specialised cleaning in the Healthcare
- Chemical and stock management
- Reporting any areas of concern and any maintenance requirements such as a light bulb replacement, leaking wash basin etc
- Assistant to the supervisor and takes on full scope of responsibilities in their absence
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Experience and knowledge**:

- 18 months cleaning experience / Healthcare cleaning experience (advantageous)
- Supervisory experience
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations
- Knowledge regarding the proper use of cleaning/chemical agents
- Attention to detail and good communication skills

Salary on offer from R 6,000.00 Cost to Company per month.

Working Hours:* You will be required to work 16.25 shifts per month, as per the roster from 06h30 until 18h30. Normal working days are Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays.**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R72,000.00 per year
