**Job description**:

- Process bank statement from bank files into Sage Evolution
- Process sales invoices, creditor invoices and debtor invoices (where applicable)
- Process and understand journals.
- Complete VAT submissions and calculations
- Perform general accounting functions.
- PAYE calculations and submissions
- Practical experience in inter-company transactions
- Bank reconciliation, monthly
- Creditor reconciliation monthly
- Debtors’ reconciliation monthly
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly excel, pastel sage.
- Assisting junior staff with accounting queries
- Experience in dealing with SARS.
- Experience in dealing with Suppliers and Customers
- Understanding of processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills, especially with clients

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
