This company is looking for an Assistant Wine Maker to add value to the establishment's long term vision.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Wine Making.
- Knowledge and experience utilizing SAWIS, IPW and Wine MS.
- Sound record-keeping skills
- Computer literate
- Own transport
- Staff management experience
- 2 to 3 years assisting winemaking experience ideally
