**YOUR ROLE**:

- 1.Salon Training - achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as set out by the PPS Manager
- 2.Technical Trainings -Perform the required formal trainings as set out in the PPS calendar. -Ensure the formal trainings are attended correctly -Ensure that the fees for the formal trainings are collected and deposited into the Henkel bank account
- 3.Ensure NCA’s are trained
- 4.Ensure all required testing is done and reported on as required from the PPS manager
- 5. Assist the sales team with launching new products to the client base
- 6.Submit reports to PPS Manager as required
- 7.Maintain knowledge of customers, competitors and market trends
- 8.Promotional Activities
- 9.Examine all expenses regarding car, cellphone, card, etc. and stay within allocation.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Qualification in Hairdressing
- Required Driving License required. Technological/market know-how
- Thorough knowledge of customers, products and market
- Training Experience in a similar industry
- Public speaking Personal skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills Miscellaneous (IT / languages)
- Above average literacy, numeracy and computer literacy
