Plennegy (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1955 and is both a trading and holding company with its core business being related to agriculture and property investments. Together with its associated companies, the group develops, produces and distributes seed, as well as supplies farming equipment, fuel and vehicles to the agricultural and retail industries.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in site audits of the Group companies and branches, to ensure compliance with documented procedures and processes.
- Audit compliance of routines such as monthly stock takes and cycle counts.
- Investigate any irregularities reported.
- Analyse and document all process flows, matrixes, and procedures.
- Performing control procedures.
- Conduct asset verifications.
- Conduct OHS compliance.
- Assist in the Group entity risk assessments.
- Assist in follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
- Assist in drafting reports.
- Draft all correspondence relating to the IAD.
- Maintain Annual Audit Plan.
- Maintain IAD registers.
- Conduct interviews.
- Maintain cloud filing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric) National Senior Certificate (Essential)

Bachelor of Accounting/ Bachelor of Commerce in Finance

Training:
On-the-job training

**Experience**:
Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.

Office 365 an advantage
