**Requirements**:

- Front of house experience at a 4 or 5 star Luxury Property or Establishment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' Hospitality experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star Luxury Property or Establishement.
- Profiecent in Panstrate or Operal PMS (Beneficial) and MS Office.
- Telesales experience withing the hospitality environment.
- Excellent command of the English Language (verbal and written).
- High level of telephone etiquette and excellent all-round communication skills.
- Must be a well organised team player who is capable of working independently with initiative and must be meticulous in work performance.
- Contactable references
- Solid work history and sober habits
- Drivers License
