- Register claims within SLA/Mandates;
- Update Estimates;
- Upload/File claim documentation on the different insurance portals.
- Update claim statuses timeously.
- Report Third Party claims within SLA and follow up on the recovery of excesses.
- Report Risk/Fraudulent Claims.
- Working with Insurers to Appoint Investigators/Assessors.
- Report recoveries claim within SLA.
- Ad-hoc correspondence with clients and insurers
- Validate claims and process claims within the standard operating procedures.
- Utilize a diary system.
- Ongoing tracking/feedback to clients on the claim process
- Regular feedback to Office Manager on difficult claims and complaints
- All business actions and activities should be recorded on the company's specific FSP Hub data system.
- Assist other staff members when and if required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric, NQF level4 or certificate in Short-term Insurance
- RE5 Representatives exam successfully completed.
- Must have been a registered representative at the FSCA for at least 5 years for Personal and Commercial lines
- CPD points to date
- Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills;
- High level of spoken and written English;
- Minimum 5 years Short Term Insurance Claims experience (Personal and Commercial).
- Short-term Personal and Commercial product-specific training passed with Santam or Old Mutual Insure.
- Keeping up to date with developments in the short-term industry
