Life Beat Music Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced Drum Teacher to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. As a Drum Teacher, you will play a crucial role in imparting your musical knowledge, skills, and passion to students of all ages, fostering their love for music and helping them develop their drum-playing abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Conducting Drum Lessons**: Plan and deliver effective drum lessons to students of varying skill levels and ages.
**2. Individualized Instruction**:Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs and goals of each student, providing personalized guidance and constructive feedback.
**3. Teaching Techniques**: Instruct students on proper playing techniques, music theory, and sight-reading to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the instrument.
**4. Creating Engaging Lesson Plans**: Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that foster a positive and productive learning environment.
**5. Communication Skills**: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, keeping them informed about progress, challenges, and achievements.
**6. Multilingual Proficiency**: Be fluent in both English and Afrikaans, as you will be working with a diverse student base.
**7. Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to contribute to the overall success of the music academy.
