**In order to be considered the following is required**:

- Degree: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Information Studies
- 5 - 7 years of general experience in risk management but very specifically financial control across different legal entities and jurisdictions
- Project Management experience would be required
- A thorough understanding of the regulatory environment principles would be essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the activities and responsibilities of RDARR stakeholders, who are charged with the responsibility of ensuring compliance to BCBS239, to ensure the bank remains compliant
- Monitor and report on RDARR compliance through continuous monitoring of the RDARR management dashboards, including but not limited to PowerBI statistics for each legal entity, to track status and identify high risk areas
- Drive and coordinate the annual compliance self-assessment process and compile the overall RDARR compliance status report, in line with regulatory requirements and for internal audit
- Identify opportunities to improve the technological tools used for RDARR attestations and reporting, BPM and MS PowerBI reports and to provide business support to users on a day-to-day basis for effective utilisation of the supporting tools
- Act as an IBM - BPM (or similar work process flow / attestation tool) super-user who will provide user support in respect of resolving issues and queries
- Develop a deep understanding of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 Principles for effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting to provide RDARR stakeholders with technical support and knowledge
- Provide operational coordination services of the RDARR Central Office, including communications, reporting, administration, content management on RDARR Microsoft SharePoint / Teams sites and user support to ensure operational effectiveness
- Drive training and awareness of RDARR requirements to ensure the training and guidance material for RDARR remains relevant and readily available for the RDARR community
- Drive the quarterly risk and finance alignment (RAFA) process, ensure system effectiveness and provide support to stakeholders to capture their inputs
- Prepare the RAFA packs in preparation for the RAFA Steerco by obtaining sign-offs from the various Chief Financial and Value Management Officers and Chief Risk Officers per legal entity in order to submit the final consolidated pack
- Ensure data quality and data integrity in the provision of RDARR content and updates for management reports
- Collaborate closely with the Technology Function to design, test changes and maintain data architecture and IT infrastructure that fully supports RDARR requirements
- Coordinate the production of Alignment Session Packs and schedule the quarterly RDARR Alignment Sessions
- Communicate RDARR requirements across the different Business Units and Legal Entities to create awareness and promote compliance across the organisation
