**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:
- Schedule appointments, manage the shop's calendar, and maintain a clean reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Handle phone calls, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and manage customer databases.
Service Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians.
- Provide estimates, updates, and address customer concerns during the repair process.
Problem Resolution:
- Act as a liaison between customers and staff, resolving issues professionally.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge and terminology are advantageous.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noordhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
