Matric

N3 Electrician with Electrical and Hydraulic Background

Electrical Trade Test

Technical background with 3 years’ experience as a Field Service Technician.

Experience in underground mining TM3 industry.

Experience in electrical and hydraulics on TM3’s

Knowledge of Deutz diesel Engines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Maintain service and report on all site capital equipment both on surface and underground as per the maintenance site requirements.

Render technical assistance on all equipment as required by the Line completed Manager.

Quality servicing of site capital equipment to ensure the promised/ agreed availability.

Monitoring and reporting on spares stock levels by written report to ensure that the correct cost are booked against the service job.

Complete daily and weekly audit report for all machines audited.

Report any breakdown to the site supervisor not longer than one hour after all attempts have been made to repair the unit and the nature of the repairs required will result in the machine being inoperable for a period of four hours or more (Short interval control).

Immediately report any abuse/ negligence by the operators on any of the machines listing the relevant details to the supervisor in control of the operation and the site supervisor at the end of the shift.

Perform any other reasonable task as required by your supervisor at any time.
