Responsibilities:
Assist in answering switchboard during office hours, 08:00 - 17:00
Process customer invoices and credit notes
Debt collecting on outstanding payments
Updating retailers list
Managing promoters and promoter’s time schedules
Arrange and oversee all courier parcels
Assisting in phoning clients for orders
Assisting with reconciliations of customer accounts
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, routine documentation and administrative tasks

Required skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Own transport and driver's licence

Required computer programs:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Sage Pastel

**Salary**: From R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
