**Job description**:
The Claims Consultant will be responsible to provide administrative claims assistance for our commercial and personal insurance products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Clients on Claim requirements
- Checking of Cover vs Claim and checking Merits accordingly
- Register and Manage Claims
- Pride in work ethics and willing to walk the extra mile and strive for personal growth.
- Team Player
- Building of strong relations with Underwriters Claims representatives and ensuring adherence to processes.
- Strong IT knowledge

**Skill sets required**:

- Grade 12
- Successfully completed NQF Level 4 - full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation.
- DOFA confirmation from FSCA.
- 3 years claims experience in short term insurance.
- Computer Literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- RE 5 Examination (Representatives)
- Good people and communication skills.
- Results and detail orientated.
- Knowledge and skills in commercial and personal insurance.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
