**Main purpose of the Job**:
To recruit new monthly donors to Charitable Organisations in South Africa.

As a secondary aim it also seeks to communicate charitable campaigns to the general public.

**Skills and requirements**:

- Ability to meet fundraising targets and work with deadlines.
- Face-to-face fundraising/sales experience.
- Experience of working in teams.
- Excellent oral communication skills to be inspiring and persuasive.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Self-confidence and conviction - ability to take leadership role in difficult situations without becoming disparaged.
- Ability to work unsupervised - professionalism, reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to commit to continuously changing locations and shifts.
- Ability to travel domestically should the need arise.

**Education Level**:
Minimum Matric level / NQF level 4

**Salary**: R1,000.00 - R4,000.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
