Job Responsibilities:

- Handling reconciliations of missed, short, and absent payments
- Daily management of fresh desk tickets
- Processing reinstatements and working on termination procedures for assets
- Collaborating with attorneys to withdraw summonses
- Negotiating with creditors
- Developing and implementing plans
- Resolving suspensions and reallocating funds

Qualifications:

- Matric certificate or equivalent

Competencies:

- Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Windows 10
- Ability to work with Excel and Word
- Strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a similar setting
- ** Extensive knowledge of Debt Review**
- Client management abilities
- Analytical problem-solving skills

Understanding of industry regulations and best practices in credit repair.
