**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years reservationist experience within the Hotel/Lodge industry.
- Experience in managing reservations for a group of properties preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Keen understanding of turnaround times when communicating with guests and agents.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide timely and professional services to guests.

**Description**:

- Greet guests over the phone in a friendly, courteous manner (within 3 rings).
- Dealing with incoming enquiries regarding accommodation availability, room types, rates, etc. within the required turnaround time.
- Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies to callers.
- Verify and record reservation information accurately.
- Accommodate and document special requests.
- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
- Input and access data into reservation systems.
- Identify and record special billing instructions.
- Note all special requests or VIP accommodation accurately.
- Control and maintain accurate inventory.
- Deal with pro-forma invoices and following-up on prepayments.
- Responsible for online bookings (Third Party Websites).
- Assisting with Group and Conferencing enquiries and willing to learn the duties of this role.

**Package on offer**:

- R14 000.
