**Duties**:
*Manage and ensure a professional, efficient, and warm guest experience

*Uphold and share the passion and knowledge of the brand and offerings i.e. wine and olive products to clients

*Manage stock takes, bookings and cash-ups

*Ensure all guest queries are handled professionally and promptly

*Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures

*Motivate team to meet sales goals and targets

*Manage opening and closing procedures

*Attend shows, events, and other brand representation requirements

*All other tasks related to this position

**Essential qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Minimum 2-years’ hospitality management experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Impeccable attention to detail, multitasking and planning abilities;
- Ability to work every 2nd weekend, public holidays as per industry requirements;
- Must have creative problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

**Working hours**: Monday to Fridays from 8:00 until 17:00

**Saturdays**: 9:00 until 16:30

**Sundays**:10:00 until 16:30
