We're hiring a **Field Agronomist.**

As Field Agronomist you will be responsible for providing intermediate assistance, training and problem solving for customers and Sales Representatives within your region. Help with the promotion of products and technologies. Support the Sales Team with customer calls to add technical expertise and assist with complaint investigations and resolution.
**You Will Be Part of Growing Team**
As part of the Pannar Agronomy Team you will be a driving force for the Sales effort by providing product training and technical support to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives. Use your summer crop (maize, sunflower, soybean and grain sorghum) knowledge to help others shine.
**Your Challenge**:
- Builds, develops, and retains effective relationships with field sales force and area manager.
- Instills confidence into the sales force for new products and assists with marketing of these products
- Builds and maintains relationships with farmers
- Assists with complaint investigation and resolution relating to agronomic performance of products.
- Performs trials to promote understanding of new products and fine-tune product placement.
- Planning and execution of “Extravaganza” Farmers Day
**Key Stakeholders and Interactions**:
Working within the Agronomy team and supporting your regional Sales Representatives, Area Manager and the customers, requires not only being technically skilled, but also the ability to forge relationships and communicate effectively. These are critical skills for the job.

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- B Sci Agric - University degree in Agronomy or related discipline
- 5 Years of working experience in the same field (seed/Agronomy)
- Licensed driver
- Personal computer proficiency
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Intermediate communication skills in selling, negotiating, influencing, and presenting information to the field sales representatives and to customers.
