To be responsible for Machinery Health Manager software, Machine Works software and Online vibration monitoring hardware. The ability to conduct Portable data collection and the support of all reliability Solution Products within Automation Control Solutions. This function is responsible for the creation and maintenance of sustainable customer install base systems and relationships.

**Minimum Requirements**:
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Grade 12 / Matric (or technical equivalent)
- CAT II or CAT III - ISO certification (3 and more Years experience)
- Trade test (Mechanical and electrical) and/or National Diploma (Mechanical and Electrical)

EXPERIENCE:

- 3 Years’ experience in Condition Monitoring
- 3 Years' experience in Machinery Health Manager software database set-up
- 3 Years’ Site Maintenance Experience
- Network and System knowledge.
- Reporting according to client and business standards
- Evidence of beneficial customer relationships

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Inherent Customer Service Orientation
- Effective Time management
- Effective software and Hardware problem solving.
- Execute Tasks effectively
- Analyse issues and solve problems
- A good understanding of Network systems and interface of technologies
- MHM database Set-up, Analysis Parameters and Alarms

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Drivers Licence (Code EB) or higher vehicle capacity

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

- Achieve company, department, and customers’ KPI’s.
- Determine customer needs and effectively produce solutions and support for Machinery Health Manager software, Machine Works Software and Reliability systems.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Annual, Monthly, weekly reporting to Management
- Interfacing with all CM areas and focus on direct sales and Support opportunities.
- Perform Software installation and upgrade activities proactively as required to enhance the service offering to customer
- Interface with all business support infrastructures to resolve queries
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, assuring continuous quality improvement & safety awareness
- There will be a requirement to travel between Stormill, Gauteng and Client Sites attending to customer requirements.
