**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by playing an active role in customer contact situations - thereby ensuring and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
- Arranging various store promotions
- Knowing the merchandise (product knowledge)
- Knowing the market plan (sales plan)
- To work flexitime when needed in order to see customers after hours, whether it is in the shop or at the customer's home.
- To liaise with relevant branches to obtain merchandise when needed.

**Requirements**:

- A Matric advantageous, however it would become essential for further promotion into more complex roles.
- Minimum 3 years Retail Experience (Furniture Retail would be advantageous).
- Computer Literate.
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills

We require a tough-minded individual who is target driven, thrives on driving performance and is able to juggle customer service with working in a high-pressure sales environment.

**Salary**: R4,400.00 - R5,000.00 per month
